Fried Wheaten pancake with fillings (褡裢火烧,Da-Lien-Hwuh-Shao), another centuries old snack. You can pick the fillings, such as pork with fennel(猪肉茴香), pork with cabbage(猪肉白菜), Beef with carrot (牛肉胡萝卜)or Lamb with carrot (羊肉胡萝卜).Its origin traces back to Qing dynasty when Emperor Guangxi was in charge (1662-1722).  

 

 

Tasty: a little bit oily, crispy outside, and juicy inside. 



Price: Depend on your choice of fillings. 5 pieces for around 10 Yuan ($1.6)  

How to order:  The price on the menu is for 30 pieces, not one piece.  So it would be safe to order one third, 10 pieces, if you are really hunger. 5 pieces would fill you up and this restaurant offers free corn porridge.
