(便宜坊). 

To conclude what Fei just said, the oven-open method used in Quanjude makes the duck more crispy, while the oven-closed  method in Bianyifang makes the duck more soft and tender.  Can you tell the difference?

 



Not all Quanjude(全聚德) restaurants have a room where you can see how they roast ducks.

Here is a recommandation for you. The one located at Qianmen(前门). It is also the oldest  Quanjude restaurant since 1864.
