Mutton skewers (羊肉串，Yang-Rou-Chuan'r), a common and probably one of the best street foods in Beijing. Besides mutton skewers, you can also get Chicken or vegetable skewers.

Taste: You can ask the seller to make it spicy (辣,La) or plain (不辣,Bu-La). 



Where to have it: There is no need to go a snack street, like Wangfujing snack street, to have it. It is not hard to find, as it is probably on every street at night.
